Sales Team Member – OEM (4‑Wheeler)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Member to drive growth in the 4‑wheeler OEM segment. You will manage existing customer relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and act as the primary liaison for OEM clients throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and expand OEM business by nurturing strong relationships with current customers and prospecting new accounts.
- Handle end‑to‑end coordination for enquiries, quotations, order execution, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Identify opportunities for new product development and business expansion within the OEM segment.
- Lead cost‑reduction and value‑engineering initiatives in partnership with internal teams and customers.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor tracking, pricing analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Ensure timely order execution, high customer satisfaction, and efficient processes.
- Collaborate with production, planning, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to support smooth operations.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and customer retention goals.
Required profile
- Engineer or MBA graduate with experience in 4‑wheeler OEM/OE sales or key account management.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to generate reports and forecasts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude toward market research and business development.
- Willingness to work collaboratively across functions.
