Sales & Marketing Executive – ISP (Vasco & Margao, Goa)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our fiber broadband services in the Vasco and Margao areas of Goa. Based in Panaji, you will be the front‑line contact for new and existing customers, promoting our ISP solutions and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer segments in the assigned territories.
• Promote fiber broadband plans through market visits and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare and present proposals, follow up to secure timely onboarding.
• Coordinate local promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Collect market feedback and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with operations and customer support to deliver a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with lead generation, conversion and customer relationship management.
• Ability to design and execute local marketing campaigns.
• Strong market research capability to assess customer needs and competition in the ISP/telecom sector.
• Excellent communication skills for in‑person, phone and written interactions.
• Previous experience in ISP, telecom or broadband is preferred.
• Field‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple prospects and meet sales targets.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is an advantage.
