Sales Manager – Ready-to-Cook & Ready-to-Eat (HoReCa)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food portfolio within the HoReCa segment. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and building lasting relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, cloud kitchens and catering firms in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets in the HoReCa market.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs and catering services.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate annual commercial agreements and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate product trials, sampling programmes and menu integration with chefs and purchase managers.
• Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to guarantee product availability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer preferences.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports and business review presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, Food Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven HoReCa sales experience in FMCG, frozen foods, packaged foods or RTC/RTE segments.
• Strong network with hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs and institutional food‑service clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market development.
