About the role

Airtel is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its retail outlet in Mumbai. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving operational efficiency and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales and service staff.
• Ensure compliance with Airtel’s retail policies and standards.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention measures.
• Monitor daily sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee store operations to minimize shrinkage and operational losses.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer‑centric environment that reflects Airtel’s brand values.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in customer satisfaction and service best practices.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with customers, staff and management.
• Experience in store management, setting operational efficiencies and goals.
• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention strategies.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams toward sales targets.
• Solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous retail experience is highly beneficial.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
