About the role
Crystal Cold Chain is seeking a high‑calibre Key Account Manager to drive growth and manage strategic accounts within its fast‑growing cold‑chain logistics business. The role sits in the Sales function and offers the opportunity to own and scale key client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own strategic accounts with full revenue accountability.
- Drive year‑on‑year growth from key clients.
- Manage executive‑level relationships with CXOs and VPs.
- Handle contract renewals and long‑term agreements.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts.
Required profile
- Graduate or MBA qualification.
- 3–7 years of key account management experience.
- Experience with B2B enterprise clients preferred.
- Background in cold chain, logistics or industrial sectors preferred.
