Sales Manager – L&R (Fragrances Division)

About the role

Givaudan, the global leader in flavour and fragrance, is looking for a Sales Manager – L&R to drive growth through distributors and consignment agents in the Fragrances Division. You will combine strategic business development with hands‑on channel sales execution, ensuring Givaudan remains the partner of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and defend existing business across consumer product segments using online and offline distribution models.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, conduct business reviews, negotiations and product presentations.
• Create account plans and product portfolios for each distributor to anticipate future needs.
• Provide regular market insights to management and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, procurement, QC/QA and finance.
• Monitor KPIs (sales, gross profit, win rate) and implement corrective actions.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote Givaudan’s value proposition.
• Lead innovation projects and manage resources to ensure successful delivery.
