Sales IT System Architect

About the role

NXP is looking for a Sales IT System Architect in Bangalore. The System Architect acts as the link between Sales and IT, understanding the needs of the Sales organization on a strategic and operational level and turning them into sound solutions. The role works in an Agile and DevOps way, with a focus on development and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Sales team to understand and analyse requirements and propose IT solution directions aligned with the NXP enterprise architecture
• Implement solutions with internal and external resources and provide architectural oversight
• Collaborate with other architects to deliver end-to-end solutions that leverage AI/ML
• Help define the architectural roadmap and strategy for the team
• Create and maintain architectural documents for applications in the team's portfolio
• Build PoCs when needed and apply code when required

Required profile

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of IT experience (consultancy, project or development) in the Sales and Marketing domain
• Ability to partner with business and IT on projects and change programs, and to communicate clearly to juniors, peers and management
• Excellent communicator with presentation skills, able to work with a geographically dispersed, multi-cultural team

• Preferred: Eloqua, Xactly, Gen AI
• Functional areas: CRM, product and customer support, sales incentive planning, master data and lead management
• Agile methodologies and Agile project management tools
• An advantage: knowledge of development languages and tools, CI/CD tools, and BI/analytics
