Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Victorino Luxury Homes is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Sales Executives to join its growing real‑estate team in Goa. You will support the sales process by generating leads, engaging prospects, and helping clients discover premium residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads.
• Qualify sales opportunities and schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team.
• Explain project features, answer client queries, and maintain regular follow‑up with prospects and existing customers.
• Update customer interactions and information in the CRM system.
• Assist in achieving sales and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in tele‑calling, sales, customer service, or real‑estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Positive attitude, target‑oriented, self‑motivated and professional.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
