Property Operations Supervisor

About the role

Rainforest Luxury Villas is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Property Operations Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of its high‑end villas in North Goa. You will coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and concierge services to ensure each property is safe, well‑maintained and ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise on‑ground teams across multiple villas.
• Conduct regular property inspections and monitor service quality.
• Track inventory, support budget and cost‑control activities.
• Collaborate with guest‑relations and revenue teams to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Resolve issues raised by guests and property owners promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Property Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in property or hospitality operations, villa management or hotel operations.
• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations across multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of villa/property operations, housekeeping coordination, maintenance coordination and hospitality service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
