Sales Executive – Hotel Revenue & Banquet Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to boost room revenue, banquet sales, and corporate business for our hotel in Goa. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses to maximise occupancy and event bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Goa market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and key accounts.
• Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, food & beverage outlets, and other hotel services.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and rate agreements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Goa hospitality and corporate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Goa.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hotel sales systems or CRM tools.
