Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

About the role

Beakite Travel Agency is seeking motivated Sales Executives to promote its domestic and international travel services on a commission‑only basis. You will work remotely or in the field, generating leads, advising customers, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads through online and offline channels.
• Promote Beakite’s travel packages, including holidays, honeymoons, group tours and customized itineraries.
• Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable options.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth booking and post‑sale support.
• Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and sales orientation.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Passion for travel and tourism.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
