Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

Know-All-Edge Networks is looking for a Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager with a proven track record of revenue achievement and customer acquisition. The role covers end-to-end sales, from prospecting and client engagement to closing deals, and acts as a trusted advisor offering tailored cybersecurity solutions such as NGFW, endpoint security, backup solutions, ZTNA and SASE. The position is based in Mumbai and Dubai, full-time, with about 80% field work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, networking and industry events
• Set up meetings with decision-makers, understand client requirements and build strong professional relationships
• Maintain follow-ups, negotiate terms and address client queries to move opportunities forward
• Convert opportunities into signed contracts and achieve sales targets
• Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams so the right solutions are proposed
• Maintain CRM records, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update management on pipeline progress

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field
• Proven experience in solution selling within the cybersecurity or IT solutions industry
• Logical understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions and services
• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Comfortable with 80% on-field client interaction
