Sales Caller – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Caller to join our Coimbatore office. In this full‑time position you will engage potential and existing customers by phone, introduce our analytical marketing services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients, presenting service benefits.
• Understand customer needs, answer questions, and record accurate call notes in the CRM.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments or product demos for senior sales staff.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly call and conversion targets set for each campaign.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine scripts, share prospect feedback, and improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and stay customer‑focused.
• Basic computer literacy with comfort using CRM tools, call‑logging systems and spreadsheets.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support or call‑center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu or Kannada.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to coaching.
