Sales Associate – Retail Jewellery Kiosk

About the role

Athira, an affordable‑luxury 925 sterling silver jewellery brand, is opening its first mall kiosk in Bhopal. We are looking for a friendly, presentable Sales Associate to be the face of the brand at this new offline touchpoint and help drive sales from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, understand their preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Handle day‑to‑day sales transactions, billing and basic POS operations.
• Maintain kiosk presentation, display standards and organise inventory.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Communicate product details, care instructions and brand policies (returns, exchange, warranty).
• Report daily sales figures and stock updates to the founding team.

Required profile

• Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales is preferred, but freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
• Presentable, well‑spoken and customer‑service oriented.
• Based in Bhopal or able to commute daily.
• Comfortable working 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
