Sales Associate – Real Estate

About the role

The Choosy Investor is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to join its Bengaluru North office. You will engage prospective buyers, understand their property investment needs, and present suitable options from our curated portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and telephone consultations with potential buyers.
• Coordinate and follow up on site visits, providing detailed project, financial, and legal information.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Support negotiation by conveying client requirements and feedback.
• Build long‑term client relationships and contribute to sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with high professionalism and integrity.
• Willingness to work on‑site, travel locally for site visits and adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for lead tracking.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
