About the role

Amazon’s Out of Country (OOC) team is expanding its global seller base in India. As a Sales Account Manager you will drive seller onboarding, automation, and experience improvements to help international sellers grow on Amazon India.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and execute steps in the seller launch process, ensuring timely completion of all actions.
  • Identify automation opportunities in existing workflows and lead implementation projects.
  • Develop and manage initiatives that enhance seller experience and expand product selection.
  • Collaborate with internal Amazon teams and external partners to deliver best‑in‑class support for new and existing sellers.
  • Analyze data to uncover performance drivers and recommend actionable improvements.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
  • Proven ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
