SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow Implementation Engineer to join our Hyderabad team. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow solutions for large‑scale environments.
• Design identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) flows.
• Configure provisioning, de‑provisioning, access requests, approvals, certifications, and role management.
• Integrate SailPoint with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, JDBC‑connected applications, Workday, ServiceNow, and REST/SOAP services.
• Develop and customize connectors, aggregation jobs, workflows, rules, and transforms.
• Execute access certification campaigns and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
• Collaborate with business and security teams to translate IAM requirements into technical designs.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks.
• Support production deployments, upgrades, and post‑implementation activities.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations.
• Proven expertise with SailPoint ISC or IdentityNow deployments.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, provisioning, and certification processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
