Safety & Security Manager

About the role

As the Safety & Security Manager for a Hilton hotel, you will protect guests, staff, and property by leading all safety and security initiatives. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local regulations while delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and schedule the safety and security team, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
• Oversee daily security operations, perform risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and execute emergency protocols, coordinate incident response with external services.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Deliver ongoing safety training, run drills, and enhance staff preparedness.
• Investigate incidents, produce reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to align safety strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in safety and security management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency planning, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Safety management certifications.
• First aid, CPR, and fire safety qualifications.
