Safety & Security Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Safety & Security Manager or Assistant Manager and ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. You will lead the safety team, develop policies, conduct risk assessments, and maintain compliance with local regulations and hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and schedule the safety and security team, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
• Oversee daily security operations, perform risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and execute emergency protocols, coordinate incident response with emergency services.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
• Deliver ongoing safety training, organize drills, and enhance staff preparedness.
• Investigate incidents, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain a cohesive safety strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in safety and security management, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and training teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency planning, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
