About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Room Service Waiter to join our hospitality team. The position involves delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Take and process room service orders accurately and promptly.
- Deliver meals, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms within the agreed time frame.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service carts and equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front‑desk staff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests courteously.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work a 12‑hour shift, either day (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) or night.
- Physical stamina to carry trays and move around the hotel premises.
Required skills
What we offer
- Day shift salary of 6,000 ₹ per month.
- Night shift salary of 7,000 ₹ per month.
