Room Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Six Senses team at Fort Barwara as a Room Attendant, delivering impeccable service to guests in a luxury resort setting. You will ensure rooms are impeccably prepared, stocked, and maintained to the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily arrivals and coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
• Stock supply trolleys and replace room amenities, brochures, and information materials.
• Remove and arrange furniture, curtains, or fixtures requiring repair or cleaning.
• Change bed linen and ensure all rooms meet resort policies.
• Provide turn‑down service and restock minibars.
• Maintain equipment, adhere to Six Senses guidelines, and meet performance benchmarks.
• Follow LQA standards and respond to guest feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar luxury hotel or resort role.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of scheduling, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surface care.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
