Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Planet Hollywood Thane City is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join its housekeeping team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, contributing to the hotel’s cinema‑inspired guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish room amenities.
• Inspect rooms to confirm all features (lighting, climate control, etc.) are functioning properly.
• Collect, sort, and deliver linens and towels, handling guest laundry as required.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures, health and safety standards, and cleaning protocols.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping and front‑office teams to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong housekeeping skills with a focus on hygiene and efficiency.
• Experience or familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations, including linen and chemical handling.
• Effective communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management, and reliability.
• Basic understanding of hospitality or hotel operations; prior room‑attendant experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
