RMO – BAMS/BHMS Practitioner – Emergency & Critical Care

About the role

Medoralink is seeking a qualified BAMS or BHMS professional to join its fast‑growing integrative health network in New Delhi. As a Registered Medical Officer (RMO), you will deliver outpatient consultations, manage emergency triage, and support multidisciplinary care that blends Ayurvedic/Homeopathic therapies with modern diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outpatient consultations, record histories, perform examinations, and prescribe evidence‑aligned BAMS/BHMS treatments.
• Collaborate with diagnostic labs and allied practitioners to ensure integrated patient management and follow‑up compliance.
• Document patient progress in electronic medical records (EMR) and maintain audit‑ready case files.
• Participate in clinical review meetings, contribute to protocol development, and support patient education initiatives.
• Respond to emergencies, manage triage, and refer complex cases to senior consultants or allopathic specialists as needed.

Required profile

• BAMS or BHMS degree from a recognized university with valid CCRH or CCIM registration.
• Minimum one year of post‑qualification experience in outpatient clinical settings.
• Strong diagnostic acumen within Ayurvedic/Homeopathic frameworks and knowledge of modern pharmacovigilance.
• Ability to work in high‑volume environments with minimal supervision.

• Antenatal & postnatal care, obstetric & gynecological assessment.
• Fetal heart rate monitoring and inpatient department management.
