Revenue Trainee – US Hospitality

About the role

As a Revenue Associate in Training, you will help optimise hotel performance and drive revenue growth for US hospitality brands. You will execute pricing, OTA and rate‑plan strategies to ensure smooth operations and effective revenue management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions and brand guidelines (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, etc.).
• Manage extranet portals with online travel agencies (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) and improve OTA rankings.
• Monitor and record competitor hotel rates to stay competitive (rate shopping).
• Configure and maintain rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
• Collaborate with revenue and sales managers and handle stakeholder communication.

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
• Proactive attitude with a hunger for growth and impact.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, able to break down complex issues.
• Team player comfortable working with dynamic revenue and sales teams.
