Revenue Manager

About the role

VOYE HOMES, a fast‑growing holiday‑home network in India and the UAE, is looking for a Revenue Manager to lead pricing and inventory strategies across its boutique resorts and holiday homes. You will work closely with sales, marketing, reservations and operations to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies for all properties.
• Analyse market trends, demand patterns, seasonality and competitor performance.
• Design dynamic pricing models to optimise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Monitor daily pricing, inventory and rate parity across OTA and direct channels.
• Lead the OTA team, improve its performance and ensure effective execution.
• Track OTA visibility, conversion, revenue contribution and optimise listings.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align revenue tactics with sales and marketing initiatives.
• Set KPIs for the Revenue & OTA team and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and implement SOPs and best practices.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of experience in revenue management, OTA, hospitality or travel.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, forecast demand and guide pricing decisions.
• Proficiency with hotel/property management systems, channel managers and revenue management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field; MBA or specialised certification is a plus.
