Revenue Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Revenue Manager – Hospitality will lead pricing, inventory and revenue optimisation for VOYE HOMES' portfolio of boutique resorts and holiday homes. Based in Kochi, the role focuses on maximising RevPAR through data‑driven pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse demand patterns, occupancy trends and market data to create dynamic pricing strategies.
• Monitor performance reports, forecast revenues and manage rate parity across distribution channels.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and marketing to align rate plans, promotions and distribution tactics.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, reporting and compliance.
• Recommend new packages, track competitor performance and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in revenue management, OTA or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of dynamic pricing, forecasting, ADR and RevPAR.
• Experience with OTA platforms, PMS and channel management.
• Analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven team handling and performance‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with sales, reservations, operations and property owners.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and revenue reporting tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kakkanad, Kochi in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment.
