Revenue Associate Trainee (Hotel Revenue Management)

About the role

As a Revenue Associate in Training at Atica, you will support hotel revenue management by implementing pricing strategies, managing OTA presence, and configuring rate plans to drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions and brand guidelines (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG).
• Manage extranet portals with online travel agencies (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) to optimise bookings and rankings.
• Monitor and record competitor hotel rates to ensure competitive positioning.
• Configure and maintain rate plans within property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
• Collaborate with revenue and sales teams and handle stakeholder communication.

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.

• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to break down complex issues.
• Ability to work effectively with dynamic revenue and sales teams.

Required skills

• Experience with property management systems (PMS).
