Retail Store Sales Associate

About the role
Gokyo is seeking enthusiastic Store Associates to join its retail team in Pune (Wakad) and Thane. In this role you will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right outdoor apparel and gear while delivering a memorable shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent in‑store customer experience and drive sales.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate outdoor apparel and equipment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive store displays.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, and support day‑to‑day store operations.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Prior experience in apparel or sports retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
