Retail Salesperson – Baby & Childcare Products

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Salesperson to join our Me and Baby store in Bhilai. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for parents, caregivers and children’s shoppers, helping them find the right products for early childhood. You will work in a clean, organized environment that emphasizes knowledgeable service and a customer‑first mindset. Team members are encouraged to share ideas that improve the shopping experience and store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs.
• Recommend and demonstrate baby and childcare items from our curated range.
• Upsell and cross‑sell complementary products while handling objections professionally.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor.
• Assist with inventory checks and product replenishment.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and store performance.
