Retail Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our outbound telesales team. The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, presenting insurance products, and converting leads into sales while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Explain insurance products clearly and answer queries.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduate.
• Fluent in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
• Basic understanding of sales and insurance concepts is preferred.
• Willingness to work a shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week with Sundays off.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Ability to handle voice‑only outbound calls.

• Competitive in‑hand salary: ₹16,000 for freshers, up to ₹18,000 for experienced candidates.
