About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Executives to join our store in Adyar, Chennai. This full‑time, on‑site position involves helping customers find the right footwear and fashion items while meeting individual and store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and preferences.
• Achieve personal and store sales objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to guide shoppers effectively.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and keep the store layout attractive.
• Ensure a seamless and pleasant shopping experience for every visitor.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales and customer service abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
• Experience in footwear or fashion retail is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
