Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of our software and IT solutions. The role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, conducting client meetings, and converting opportunities into revenue. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking and other channels.
• Identify and approach potential customers for software and IT solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/Excel and report pipeline activity.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B software or IT sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to build strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the city and to client locations.
