Restaurant Team Member – Quick Service (Multiple Cities)

About the role

Join a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain as a Team Member and help deliver fast, friendly, and high‑quality dining experiences to customers across several Indian cities. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to company standards and food‑safety guidelines.
• Take customer orders, process billing, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both front‑of‑house and kitchen areas.
• Support daily restaurant operations, including assisting the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and uphold food safety protocols.
• Assist in upselling menu items where appropriate.

Required profile

• Age between 19 and 31 years.
• SSC/HSC/Diploma/Graduate (Hotel Management qualification is a plus).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
• Comfortable handling and serving chicken, pork, beef, and buffalo meat products.
