Restaurant Operations Manager

About the role

Subko is a specialty coffee, craft baking and chocolate brand that creates all products from raw materials in‑house. We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead one of our outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, profitability and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outlet operations including inventory control, cleanliness, opening hours and maintenance of company infrastructure.
• Maintain log books, manage petty cash, and handle bank deposits.
• Coordinate procurement and partnership requests with the city lead.
• Design growth strategies, set goals and monitor financial performance.
• Manage budgets, optimise expenses and launch price promotions.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, ensuring productivity and professional growth.
• Implement policies, health and safety regulations and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in food & beverage outlet management or a similar executive role.
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development.

Required skills

• Experience in planning and budgeting.
