Restaurant Manager – Star Category Resort (South Goa)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Restaurant Manager to lead the dining operations of a prestigious star‑category resort in South Goa. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
• Implement sales initiatives, upselling techniques, and customer engagement strategies to boost F&B turnover.
• Manage and develop a team of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring daily turnover meets or exceeds the target of ₹5 lakh.
• Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and resort management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Goan resident or currently residing in Goa.
• 5–6 years of proven experience in Food & Beverage service with a high‑volume restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills.
