Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant, bar and room‑service areas on Vagator Beach Road, Goa. The role combines operational leadership, team development and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service operations, ensuring high service and sanitation standards.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver quality offerings.
• Manage staffing levels, schedule employees and step in to perform duties when needed.
• Train, coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
• Monitor compliance with food safety regulations, local liquor laws and all relevant health and safety policies.
• Analyze financial results, control costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Handle peak‑time floor support, assisting servers and hosts to maintain smooth service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or related field with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards, food safety practices and liquor licensing requirements.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
