About the role

The Nutcracker is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Goregaon location. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a warm, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high food quality and consistent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, scheduling shifts and mentoring staff.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to guarantee timely and accurate order delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and food‑quality compliance.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost‑control measures.
• Prepare sales and expense reports, supporting sales strategies and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and creating a warm guest experience.
• Proven experience hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with guests, team members, and senior management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Organised, detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving abilities.
