About the role
Aragma is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Guest Relations professional to join its Food & Beverage team in the Pune Division. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage reservations and guide them through the dining journey.
- Prepare the dining area in line with standard operating procedures.
- Assist with table setups and support the food and beverage service team during service.
- Maintain high service standards and foster a warm, professional atmosphere that reflects Aragma’s hospitality values.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English and native language.
- Professional, guest‑focused attitude with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Required skills
- Food service knowledge.
- Food preparation knowledge.
- Familiarity with reservation systems.
