Responsable du service action culturelle (H/F)

About the role

The City of Saint-Jean de Braye is seeking an Auxiliaire de Puériculture to work full‑time in its collective crèche. Reporting to the head of the collective crèche, you will ensure the wellbeing and development of children while supporting their families throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor children’s health, safety, wellbeing and developmental progress.
• Administer medication under a doctor’s order and the crèche manager’s validation.
• Create a reassuring and stimulating environment tailored to each child’s rhythm.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement the pedagogical project.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards, clean and organise equipment and materials.

Required profile

• Qualified Auxiliaire de Puériculture or equivalent early‑childhood care certification.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers in a collective setting.
• Strong communication skills to interact with families and team members.
• Ability to respect and apply health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required skills

• Medication administration under professional supervision.
• Knowledge of child development milestones.
• Implementation of hygiene and safety protocols.
