About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a talented Residential Interior Designer to join its Islamabad team. The role blends office‑based design work with regular site visits in DHA Phase 2, ensuring that concepts are executed to exact standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design plans, including space planning, furniture layout, and lighting schemes that meet client requirements and budgets.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other visualization tools.
• Prepare client presentations with mood boards, 3D renders, and visual aids to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct adjacency analysis to optimise spatial relationships and flow.
• Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design vision and client preferences.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to verify that execution matches approved plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve design‑related issues during construction.
• Research new materials, finishes, textures, and industry trends.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in residential interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential projects.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with contractors and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience creating 3D visualisations and renders.
