About the role
Growth Hive is seeking a volunteer Designer to create visual concepts and digital assets that support campaigns, branding, and communication materials. This full‑time hybrid position offers hands‑on experience with real‑world projects and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project leads to interpret creative briefs and develop graphics for web and social media.
- Design layouts, illustrations, and visual assets while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
- Prepare files for digital and print production and incorporate feedback from team reviews.
Required profile
- Strong visual design sense with knowledge of layout, colour, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks in a full‑time hybrid environment.
- Commitment to volunteer work for portfolio building and impact‑driven projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience creating digital assets for web, social media, and presentations.
