Resident Nurse – Wellness Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Nurse to join our luxury wellness sanctuary in Dehradun. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and includes 24‑hour executive accommodation and meals. You will support doctors and senior Vaidyas in delivering premium health services to high‑net‑worth Indian and international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors and senior Vaidyas during clinical consultations, health checks, and specialized wellness procedures.
• Perform regular health assessments, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Provide nursing care during wellness therapies, handle medical emergencies, and manage first‑aid and dispensary inventory.
• Administer prescribed medications, elixirs, and therapies while ensuring guest comfort and strict hygiene.
• Coordinate with the Ayurvedic Paramedic and Wellness Team for scheduling, room preparation, and post‑treatment care.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution with valid State Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on clinical experience in a multispecialty hospital or reputable clinic.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• High empathy, calm demeanor in emergencies, and strong commitment to medical ethics and confidentiality.
