Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Rotational Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a freshly qualified MBBS doctor to join our multi‑speciality hospital in Parel, Mumbai as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO). The role operates on a rotational shift basis, providing comprehensive exposure to OPD, IPD and emergency care under senior consultant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD, IPD and emergency patients, ensuring timely assessment and treatment.
• Conduct ward rounds, monitor patient progress and update clinical records.
• Handle medical emergencies and coordinate immediate patient care.
• Maintain accurate case sheets, clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with consultants, nursing staff and allied health professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognised medical college.
• Active registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; recent MBBS graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and learn within a team environment.
