Resident Medical Officer (BAMS/BHMS) – Evening Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with a BAMS or BHMS qualification to join our hospital in Kalyan East, Mumbai. The role works the evening shift (3 PM‑11 PM) and involves providing direct patient care under senior doctor supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD and IPD patients, record vitals and maintain treatment charts.
• Handle basic medical emergencies and deliver initial care.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures and investigations.
• Prepare and update patient case sheets, documentation and hospital records.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, patient safety standards and infection control guidelines.

Required profile

• BAMS or BHMS degree with valid registration.
• 0‑3 years of clinical experience; hospital exposure is an advantage.
• Willingness to work the 3 PM‑11 PM evening shift.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under supervision.
