Resident Medical Officer (BAMS/BHMS) – Evening Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) qualified with BAMS or BHMS to join our hospital team on an evening shift. The role involves providing direct patient care under senior doctor supervision and ensuring smooth operation of OPD and IPD services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD and IPD patients, record vitals, and maintain treatment charts.
• Handle basic medical emergencies and deliver initial care.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• BAMS or BHMS degree with valid registration.
• 0–3 years of experience; hospital exposure is an advantage.
• Willingness to work the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical guidelines.
