Resident Doctor – Homeopathy (Women’s Health)

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Doctor to work closely with our Chief Physician, focusing on women’s health issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, infertility and menopause. The role involves patient assessment, repertorisation, follow‑ups and thorough clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed homeopathic case‑taking and patient consultations.
• Perform repertorisation and case analysis using repertory software.
• Conduct patient follow‑ups and track clinical progress.
• Review investigations and medical reports and highlight relevant findings.
• Communicate with patients through video calls, calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and digital patient records.
• Escalate important cases and coordinate with the Chief Physician.
• Participate in clinical discussions and continuous learning.

Required profile

• BHMS / MD (Homeopathy) with 0–5 years of experience.
• Strong repertorisation skills and solid understanding of Materia Medica.
• Fluent Hindi and good spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with technology and digital patient‑management systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in repertorisation using repertory software.
• Familiarity with RadarOpus, Hompath or Complete Dynamics platforms.
