Remote Registered Nurse – Personal Health Expert (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Registered Nurse to act as a Personal Health Expert on a contract basis. You will work with AI research labs to design and evaluate health‑administration tasks that support patient navigation and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑horizon health‑admin tasks with deterministic rubrics to assess agent performance against verified ground truth.
• Build scenario datasets covering Records & Visits, Medications & Labs, and Payer & Documentation to ensure structured outputs.
• Evaluate medical timelines, medication schedules, and insurance appeals for consistency with known outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI labs to improve agent evaluations in personal health navigation.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing task quality and throughput.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse, patient advocate, medical assistant, or a comparable health‑literate role.
• Hands‑on expertise in insurance appeals, payer navigation, lab result interpretation, medication management, or patient‑portal workflows.
• Comfortable creating and interpreting personal health artifacts such as timelines and symptom logs.
• Strong written communication skills to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
