Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer will ensure the smooth operation of all facility and production equipment, supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and coordination with vendors to keep systems running at optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule.
• Respond to TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair work.
• Coordinate warranty and AMC activities with external vendors.
• Monitor energy consumption, maintain DG sets, and service conveyor systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, transformers, and wiring.
• Handle relay logic, ladder diagrams, and a range of control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
• Perform minor civil, plumbing, and fire safety checks, as well as soft‑service activities like pest control and housekeeping.
• Maintain tools inventory, update CMMS records, and provide daily reports on TT closures and RCA.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyor, automation, or control systems maintenance.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, electronics, instrumentation, or controls.
• Ability to work safely at height and handle hot‑work permits.
• Experience with CMMS for planning and recording maintenance tasks.
