Reliability & Maintenance Engineer – Facility & Automation

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facility and production equipment. You will support production by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance (PPM) according to schedule.
• Respond to trouble tickets (TT) for corrective maintenance, service and repair work.
• Coordinate warranty and AMC activities with vendors.
• Monitor energy consumption, maintain diesel generators and conveyor systems.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, transformers and wiring.
• Work with relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components such as photo‑eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives and encoders.
• Perform minor civil, plumbing and fire safety checks, as well as soft‑service activities (pest control, housekeeping, waste disposal).
• Maintain tools inventory, update CMMS records and provide daily reports on TT closures and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Instrumentation & Controls.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining conveyors, automation or control systems.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
