Relationship Manager – Banking & Financial Services

About the role

The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the bank and its corporate clients, fostering long‑term partnerships and delivering tailored financial solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and help clients navigate their financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify client financial needs and propose appropriate products such as business loans, current accounts, swipe machines, and QR code solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries on financial products.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through upselling and cross‑selling financial services.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review financial status and adjust service offerings.
• Collect required documentation and keep records up‑to‑date throughout all processes.
• Collaborate with operations, support, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay informed on banking regulations, market trends, and new product developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of financial products, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
